Take a look at the amenities and policies of our Blue Ridge Parkway bed and breakfast, The Yellow House, and make lodging reservations for your mountain getaway. Our B&B is located in Waynesville, a short drive from Asheville, NC. Of our ten guestrooms, The Kinsale Suite is pet friendly.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. Deposit may be made by personal check, if received within five days of making your reservation, or by MasterCard or Visa on the day the reservation is made.

Two-night minimum stay is required on weekends and holidays.

The deposit will be applied to the latter part of your stay.

Children over 12 are welcome at the inn.

Check-in is 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

Rates are based on single or double occupancy. A charge of $20 is required for each additional person.

The Kinsale is our only pet-friendly suite, perfectly located by the upper pond for those water-loving canines.

In consideration of others, smoking is permitted only on private balconies, patios, and grounds.

Our guests may play golf at six (6) nearby courses, all within 10 miles of The Yellow House.
