Following the success of our recent dinners, we will be hosting three special dining events in the 2024 season. These events will have very limited seating, so be sure to book early for the 2024 dinners at The Yellow House!
2nd Annual Valentine’s Dinner (Saturday, February 10th and Saturday, February 17th, 2024)
A new Yellow House Tradition! We are making it easy to do something special for your someone special. We will be preparing and serving a romantic Valentine’s Dinner for a limited number of guests on two Saturday evenings in February. Couples will make selections for their delectable four-course meal accompanied by a bottle of house red, white, or sparkling wine. Guests can upgrade to a premium bottle of wine for a nominal fee.
Cost is $150 per couple. Suggested attire is anything from dressy casual to semi-formal. Guests may either book online or call 828-452-0991 to book lodging and dinner reservations. Note: due to limited available seating, this event is only available to guests staying at the inn.
Australian Wines Tasting Dinner (Saturday, April 6th, 2024, 6:30 PM)
Our first wine-tasting dinner of 2024 will feature the land down under! Australia has become a powerhouse of innovative winemaking, but they have so much more to offer than just Shiraz!. Each of the five tasting courses will feature Australian-inspired dishes to delight the senses. A different Australian wine will accompany each course. Wine selections will be available for purchase at the end of the event.

California Wines Tasting Dinner (Saturday, August 3rd, 2024, 6:30 PM)
California has been recognized as a spectacular producer of wine due to the combination of perfect climate, diverse soils, and rich winemaking heritage. This special wine event will showcase some spectacular lesser-known wines from the region. The five-course meal will highlight summer flavors paired with excellent wines. Wine selections will be available for purchase at the end of the event.
